This church was birthed by obedience and is on a mission to recover the lost and build a kingdom community of faith-filled believers. Here at True Revival and Praise, we have your back and want you to know that failure is not final. Greater is HE that is within me than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4)

Pastor J is a native of Memphis, TN. She attended Baptist College of Health Sciences where she received her Bachelor’s in Nursing. While attending there at the college she served as a nurse mentor and a powerful prayer warrior. She now serves as the Nurse Manager of Outpatient Surgery at ROH.
Jerrika is the proud wife of Demario Leakes, whom supports and covers her in all that she does. They have been married for 15 years. They have two amazing boys. Pastor J, throughout her journey has stood firm on God’s word that says, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a future.” (Jer. 29:11) With that word, she has encouraged many and pushed the message saying… “Who cares what THEY SAID, What did GOD SAY?”
Pastor J is committed to do everything she can, short of sin, to execute the assignment set by God in
Luke 4:18.

We believe in Baptism by immersion and the Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38-39
